Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before shipment. We carefully inspect and package each item to ensure quality.


🚚 Shipping Estimates

United States:
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, with estimated delivery within 15–20 business days after dispatch.

International Orders:
Delivery times range from 15–30 business days, depending on your country and proximity to the nearest fulfillment center.

Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, high order volumes, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.


Cancellations & Address Changes

Need to cancel or update your shipping address?
Please email us at Shyne@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order using the appropriate subject line:

  • "CANCEL MY ORDER"

  • "ADDRESS CHANGE"

⚠️ We are unable to make changes once your order has been shipped.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, your package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.
